Job Description
- Type of Driving: OTR; Dry van/Reefer
- Home Time: Weekly or Monthly (Driver’s choice)
- Schedule: Our standard schedule is 5 days on, 2 days off
- Pay: Drivers start at 22-24%, $50k-90k Annually
- Orientation: Orientation will be 1 on 1 with a safety director or safety manager. At-home training consists of about 3.5 hours of videos and ½ hour of paperwork.
- Average Weekly Miles: 2,300 miles/week
- Trucks: Freightliners – mostly automatic, well maintained, new mattresses, Loves Fuel Program, PrePass Elite and more
- Type of Freight: 50% Dry Van, 50% Reefer. Other driving could include Flatbed, Hopper, and Intermodal
Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- 1 year of tractor-trailer experience OR completion of entry driver training
- No more than 3 jobs in the last year
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must live within 100 miles of terminal
